Objectives :

The technologist of laboratory is member of a professional team. The objective is to make him become aware of the beam of relations which link him with the colleagues, with the hierarchical persons in charge and with all those which solicit his expertise and the result of his work is caused to it to manage the best possible these interactions. The technologist of laboratory is the link of the care chain.  For this reason, the goal is to consider the relation of assistance and the relation with the disease.

-Definition, goals, features, risks for the mental health of the helping person. Stress and Burn Out.

-Examples of situations specific to the technologists of laboratory

-Role plays

Relation with the hierarchy and the members of the team

-Stanley Milgram's experiments

-Role plays

Relation with the actors of the life in hospital

Relation with the disease

-Cultural and social vision of the disease:  ontological and holistic concept.

-Concept of cure.

-Concept of chronic nature.
